The best walking food tour that we have taken. Carlos is knowledgable and passionate about his Valladolid and Mayan heritage and the food that brings people together. He is also relatable as he spent some time on the Canadian prairies for his education.

Our guide was Alex. He was excellent, tolerant, caring, kind, and very pleasant conversationalist. He took us to taste great Mexican food and many types of food explaining everything. Highly recommend. He spared no expense. It was very interesting and, fun.
